Registration Agreement

These terms govern your use of KamuDNS to search, register and manage domain names and DNS. By creating an account or registering a domain you agree to them.
1. Who we are
KamuDNS ("we", "us") is a domain registration and DNS management service operated by Kamu Group Oy (business ID 3624336-2), Lohkotie 2, 60720 Tuomikylä, Finland. We register domains through our accredited registrar partner; the relevant registry's and ICANN's rules also apply to your domain.
2. Your account
You need an account to register or manage a domain. You verify your email with a one-time code; keep your login and contact details accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Registrant verification (ICANN)
ICANN requires the registrant email address to be verified. If verification is required for your domain, you must complete it within 15 days of registration or the domain will be suspended (placed on clientHold) until you do. We use your verified account email as the registrant email.
4. Pricing, payment and auto-renew
We show the first-year price and the renewal price before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processor. Auto-renew is optional and clearly indicated; when on, we attempt to renew the domain before it expires and charge your saved payment method. You can turn auto-renew off at any time under My domains.
5. Renewals, expiry and deletion
Domains are registered for a fixed term and expire unless renewed. If a domain expires it may enter a registry redemption period during which restoration is possible but may carry an additional fee, after which it is released. We send renewal reminders as a courtesy but cannot guarantee a domain will be available to re-register once released.
6. Transfers
You may transfer a domain to or from KamuDNS subject to registry rules, a valid authorization code, and any applicable transfer lock or 60-day post-registration restriction. We do not charge to release a domain you are transferring away.
7. Acceptable use and suspension
You must not use a domain or our service for unlawful activity, abuse, or in violation of registry or ICANN policy. We may suspend or cancel a domain to comply with a registry, ICANN or legal requirement, or in cases of fraud or non-payment.
8. Liability and changes
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified before they take effect. Questions: support@kamudns.com.
